South African Revenue Services (SARS)
Gabriel & Associates was awarded a 12-month contract by SARS in 2009, to craft a Taxpayer Engagement Strategy to educate and reach out to current and future taxpayers to grow the taxpayer base. The contract also included developing a Management Information System, developing Operational Systems for the new Taxpayer Engagement Division, providing Inductions, Internal Training and Capacity Building for the new recruits nationally.
In 2006 Gabriel & Associates was awarded a six-month contract by the SARS Taxpayer Education division to craft a Public Education Strategy and to develop their Business Plan, Capacity Plan, Operational Plan and Implementation Plan.

2013: Development of the National Maritime Transport Policy – current client.
2010 to 2011: Development of an International Relations Strategy for the department and the national transport sector: Road, Rail, Aviation and Maritime
2006: International Bilateral Relations: Project management and strategic management support; Developed a funding model for the Democratic Republic of the Congo Elections Assistance Programme – for the pre-elections infrastructure development requirements;
2008/9: Audit of International Relations Agreements and International Relations Strategy – sub-contracting to Deloitte and responsible for the review of Transport International policy and strategy and a development of the functional-area strategy of the DoT’s International Relations Unit, to address the current gaps.

Sub-contractor to the SSRM Consortium, responsible for the Public Consultation process in the development of the National Water Resource Strategy – 2011.
Renewable Energy Solutions (RES):
Sub-contractor to TalentLine Consulting Group for RES – Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement Framework 2010.
