Industry development focuses primarily at improving service delivery and development impact of industry associations, government institutions and agencies, with a socio-economic mandate. Stakeholder consultation and research forms the basis of these analyses and recommendations.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Gabriel & Associates has developed an approach and methodology to stakeholder management, to guide the development of an effective stakeholder management strategy and implementation plan. This includes stakeholder mapping, analysis, prioritisation, attitudes analysis, engagement strategies, implementation planning and the development of value-propositions and key messaging. We also assist to develop capacity plans and build organisational capacity to implement the operational plans.
